I&apos;<. 12 John Lance Grinnell, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to proper- ty and was fined $185. KyJe Steward Milton, 34, Sidney, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants, second offense, and was fined $2,083 with 30 days in jail, ACT classes and driver license suspended for one year. Ryan Edward Sipper, 18, Sidney, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, and was fined $785 with driver license suspended. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle on highway and was fined $100. He also pleaded guilty to possession of intoxicating substances while under 21 (over 18), first offense, and was fined $285 with 20 hours community service and MIP program. Robert Thomas Biddinger, 20, Sidney, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while declared habitual offender and was fined Court report $1,035 with 14 days in jail. The following cases were held in Richland County Justice Court: Dec. 5 Jonah Collin Issacson, 34, Grand Forks, N.D., pleaded guilty to unau- thorized use of a motor vehicle and was fined $385. He also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and was fined $1,085 with seven days in jail, ACT classes and driver license suspended for one year. Dec. 12 Timothy Donald Becker, 21, Sidney pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, and was fined $785 with one day in jail, one credit served, ACT class- es and driver license suspended for six months. Cody Glenn Mavity, 19, Savage, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer and was fined $585 with 10 days in jail. He also plead- ed guilty to possession of intoxicat- ing substances while under 21 (over 18) and was fined $385 with MIP classes and 40 hours communi- h/service. Kinsey Kay Learn, 19, Sidney, plead- ed guilty to fairure to give notice of an accident by quickest means and was fined $235.
