The Richland County Re- lay For Life event is now known as the MonDak Re- lay For Life. Organizers wanted the name to better represent those that partici- pate in the local Relay and didn't want anyone to feel excluded because of the name. "The committee had re- ceived comments from indi- viduals that they didn't think they were able to par- ticipate in the relay because they didn't live in Richland County," April Boehler, event co-chair, said. "As a group we wanted to make For Life, so we decided to change the name to Mon- Dak Relay For Life." To kick off the new year of Relay For Life, luminar- ies will be on sale for $5 each now through the end of December. Luminaries may be purchased from any Re- lay committee or team member or by contacting Katy Daly at Healthy Smiles Dental Group in Sidney, The 2009 MonDak Relay For Life event is July 24 at the Richland County Fair- grounds. ,If you are interest- sure that everyone felt wel- ! come to participate in Relay Legal tip 0 :Z Share 'shares' this holiday season Landowners and people in- spearheadine the movement. volved in food and agricul- The Far~.~ toTable Project ture in eastern Montana and has designed a new brochure western North Dakota are to describe the cooperative ='tiow able to invest in theand explain how the public Farm-to-Table Cooperative, acan invest in this innovative conduit designed to facilitate project. local food availability in area For more Farm-to-Table stores, restaurants, institu- Cooperative information, to tions and on-line, buy shares, or to have a "The $500 membership brochure sent to you, please shares.are now being collect- contact Katie Undem at 377- ed and we plan to have an in- 4284, write FTT, 313 W.
