Zachary Trevor Roush, 27, operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial drivers license first offense, $200 fine. Braiden Andrew Rinehart, 19, fail to purchase trip permit immediately upon arrival in state, $50 fine. Motor carrier in non compliance with commercial drivers license regulations first offense, $250 fine. Brent Aaron Rinehart, 40, motor carrier in non compliance with commercail drivers license regulations first offense. $250 fine. Robert Leroy Gustafson, 54, driving a motor vehicle while privelege to do so is suspended or revoked, $500 fine, 180 days in jail (170 suspended). Aggravated driving under the influence third offense, $5,000 fine, 365 days in jail (335 suspended). Displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle, $500 fine ($100 suspended). Tyler Anthony Hayden, 20, possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over 18) first offense, $110 fine. Joshua Michael Rank, 34, unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway, $100 fine. Driving under the influence of alcohol first offense, $1,000 fine, 180 days injail (179 suspended). Tyler W. Ashcraft, 23, disorderly conduct first offense, $100 fine. Tommy Edgar Lindsey, 32, disorderly conduct first offense, $100 fine. Colleen .ioy Stacey an International Semi head on. The crash oc- curred at 10:56 p.m., nine miles east of Wat- ford City. The driver of the Raptor, Steven Can- delaria, age 29, from Los Alamos, New Mexico, was called in for reckless driv- ing. When the two ve- hicles hit, the Ford overturned and came to rest on its wheels on the south shoul- der of the highway, according to informa- tion from North Da- kota Highway Patrol (NDHP). The fatality Victim was not wear- ing a seatbelt. The semi involved in the crash ran off the north shoulder and jack knifed. The driver was injured and trans- ported to McKenzie County Hospital. After the crash, a semi hauling crude came over the hill and sustained damage from crash debris scat- tered on the highway. Richland County Sheriff’s Office (RSCO) responded to a report of a suspicious person near the fireworks stand south of town by Town Pump. His car broke down and he said he was having mechanical problems. Law enforcement told him he couldn’t bother the employees at the stand. 12:31 pm. RSCO responded to a call about a reckless driver on Highway 200. The caller reported someone speeding and passing people recklessly. RSCO was unable to find the driver. 2:10 pm. — Sidney Police Department (SPD) and RSCO responded to Reynolds after a third party called in to report a case of shoplifting. it was determined that it was a prank and no crime had been committed. 4:14 pm. —— RSCO responded to a call about a reckless driver on Highway 68 near mile marker 6. The caller reported a tan and brown semi speeding at 85 mph. The county and highway patrol were advised of the situation but were unable to locate theserni. H j 5123. P-ms — SPD- V, I responded to a call about ! harassment in the south Shopko parking lot. A juvenile was yelling at the complainant and threw a golf ball at the complainants car, damaging a window. The complainant didn’t pursue charges. 11:23 pm. SPD and RSCO were dispatched to a domestic disturbance call. A woman was arrested for partner or family member assault. July 2 12:17 am. — SPD responded to a a burglary alarm going off at Big Sky Smile dental. Upon investigation they found a man driving carelessly and failed to stop and lD himself after striking an unattended vehicle. 8:15 am. — RCSO responded to a report of theft on Highway 16, CR 152. The caller reported the theft of their .22 Remington revolver from their home. There were no signs of forced entry into the house. The caller believes that it was taken some time between March 2018 and June of 2019. It is still being investigated 8:29 am. — SPD responded to aktwo vehicle accident at 8th Avenue and 5th Street SW. 12:38 pm. — RCSO received a call saying that the caller had gotten a call from someone saying they were with Publishers Clearing House and that they had won money. The caller was told that in orderto get their winnings the would have to give some personal information, including their social security number as well as sending‘money to a bank in‘ Las Vegas. RCSO informed the caller that he should not have givenhis personal information and that the call was a scam. 6:23 pm. RCSO responded to a call about a semi tanker passing other vehicles recklessly on Highway 16. He was going south. Montana Highway Patrol was informed of the situation. Law enforcement was unable to find the truck. 11:30 pm. —— RSCO, SPD and the ambulance service (SEMS) were dispatched to a call for a shooting at Loaf n’ Jug.
