Sidney man dies after being dragged by tractor trailerMnday BY AMY VENN Sidney Herald Michael Payette, 66, died Monday evening after being dragged by a tractor trailer at a private trucking company yard outside Sidney. "It appears to be just an unfortunate accident,” Montana Highway Patrol Sergeant Nyle Obergfell said. Obergfell was one of the responding officers, along with Richland County Sheriff’s Department and Richland County EMS. Payette had pulled in for truck maintenance and spoke with a mechanic about the issue. When the mechanic thought the Payette had 433-1112 for more details.
