Wireless Internet Cataract development, or the clouding of the human lens, continues to be a major cause of vision loss in our country. Fortunately advancements in surgical techniques have continued to make Cataract surgery safer and a more effective procedure to restore vision. Often patients who are to undergo cataract surgery ask whether the cataract will be removed with a laser. Cataracts are removed via a small, sutureless incision, which does not involve a laser. Sara Wald Columnist cause simply saying "I love you" sometimes just isn't enough. Although I know the amount of money I spend on lunch box food and the amount of time I spend preparing my son's lunch every evening annoys my husband, he has never said as much. I know it annoys him only because we are on a budget and peppered turkey and pistachios aren't the least expensive lunch options. I know it because evenings after the kids go to bed is our time, and shelling pista- chios takes a while. Despite his irritation, my husband doesn't complain because he loves me, and he knows it's important to me. The entire school lunch ritu- al is just one big love fest. My husband has men- tioned, however, that the child has no idea the extra effort and expense I put into his lunch. But I disagree. He may not know that pep- pered turkey and pistachios are expensive, but he knows that the other kids don't get them in their lunches. He is oblivious to the time I spend preparing his lunch every night after he goes to bed, but he knows his lunch is unique. I'm not sure other kids even want peppered turkey and pistachios. But it hasn't occurred to my son that per- haps his tastes are unusual for a 6-year-old. Instead, he thinks that he is extra special, at least to his mom. And he's right.
